About Riehlvelt
Having reached the 200th floor without the use of Nen, he was "initiated" after being attacked with a malicious aura attack and paralyzed from the waist down. He fights with his two whips, the Twin Snake (Thunder Snakes) which also have an electric shock built-in about 1,000,000 volts of electricity.
