Shitateya no Tenshu

The owner of Mona & Monacca, a tailor shop in Berlint. She was one of [Loid](https://anilist.co/character/138101/Forger-Loid)'s candidates as an unmarried woman, but was rejected due to having been arrested for political activities in the past and her somewhat older age. When the Forgers come to her shop to purchase Eden Academy's uniforms for [Anya](https://anilist.co/character/138100/Forger-Anya), she warns them about the bullying and kidnappings in Eden Academy. She also appears to be familiar with [Yor](https://anilist.co/character/138102/Forger-Yor) as she is suggested to be a regular at the shop.
